Corporate Nordics Backoffice Agent (m/f)(m/w) bei Opodo (26.10.2017)

You will be a part of our Nordic team (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland) but you will be based in Berlin, Am Borsigturm 13. This role includes working in shifts.
Your main responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
As our new Ticketing / Back Office Agent you will be handling ticket re-issuance, refunds, schedule changes, manual ticketing for group travel department and general queue management, and also assisting our Travel team with complex bookings and interpretation of fare rule for different Airlines.
We work in Amadeus, MS Dynamics AX and also BSP accounting.
Required Skills
Recognized travel industry qualifications and/or a few years vocational experience as a Ticketing / Backoffice Agent.
Previous experience of Ticketing / Backoffice tasks.
Proficient or very good knowledge in Amadeus reservation system (GDS).
Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX is a plus.
Very good English language skills both written and spoken.
Knowledge of any Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) is a plus.
